What makes Turf Distributors products different?

Does turf get hot to walk on?
It gets warm on the hottest South Florida days but not too hot to enjoy. You can quickly cool turf by misting it with water. DuraBlade™ yarn is built for better temperature resistance.
Does it smell if my pet pees on it?
It can if it is not maintained. Rinse areas where your pet urinates regularly, and use a deodorizing infill like OdorZorb. Products with FreshGuard™ have antimicrobial protection built in.
How long does the turf last?
Turf Distributors products have a 20 to 25 year life span with proper care.
Does it have lead in it?
No. Turf Distributors products are lead-free, and many are also PFAS-free.
Does it drain?
Very well. Most products drain through perforated or permeable backing, from about 35 to over 400 inches per hour depending on the product. Putting greens drain more slowly and need a well-sloped base.
Can I put it over cement?
Yes. Turf can be installed over concrete and pavers with proper drainage and, if desired, a shock pad.
How wide are the rolls?
Most rolls are 15 feet wide by 100 feet long. Eco 48 comes in 12 feet by 120 feet.
Where is it made?
Aeris and Solis are manufactured in the United States using globally sourced materials. Other lines are imported and tested lead-free.
When can I get it?
Stocked products are available for pickup at our West Park yard. Special-order items typically ship within a few weeks; call for lead times.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver across Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach. Call for details.
