Turf Distributors is committed to providing high-quality artificial grass designed to meet industry standards for durability and performance. This policy outlines coverage, limitations, and the claim process.

Warranty Coverage

Turf Distributors offers a limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. The warranty applies from the original date of purchase, and the term is specified on each product's warranty. It applies only to products purchased directly from Turf Distributors or authorized dealers such as Tri-County Artificial Grass.

What Is Covered

• Defects in materials that result in premature wear, degradation, or structural failure under normal conditions.
• Manufacturing defects, including issues with backing integrity or fiber performance.
• UV degradation that causes excessive fading beyond normal exposure tolerance levels.
• Tuft bind failure, where fibers significantly loosen from the backing under normal use.

What Is Not Covered

• Improper installation, including incorrect base preparation, seam failure, or installation errors.
• Damage from misuse, neglect, abuse, vandalism, fire, floods, or acts of nature.
• Normal wear and tear, including minor fading, flattening, or slight fiber discoloration.
• Improper maintenance, including failure to remove debris, exposure to harsh chemicals, or excessive pet waste buildup.
• Damage from high heat exposure, including reflective surfaces such as windows or fire pits.
• Damage from sharp objects, heavy furniture, or excessive weight.
• Claims made by third-party installers or unauthorized resellers.

Claim Process

1. Gather documentation

• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
• Photos of the affected area.
• A brief description of the problem and installation details.

2. Submit a claim

Contact Tri-County Artificial Grass and we will help you submit the claim, or submit it directly to Turf Distributors at claims@turfdistributors.com or through their Warranty Claim Request form. The team may request more details or an on-site inspection.

3. Resolution

• If a defect is confirmed, Turf Distributors will offer repair, replacement, or credit toward a new purchase, at their discretion.
• The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or replacements.
• Replacement products will be of equal or comparable quality if the original is discontinued.

Warranty Registration

Register your product within 30 days of purchase to speed up eligibility checks and claims.

Limitation of Liability

Turf Distributors' liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. Under no circumstances shall they be liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages, including labor costs for installation or removal.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of California, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
